Signature Storage

Signature Storage of Petoskey is a state of the art premium storage facility ideally located close to Walloon Lake, downtown Petoskey, Bay Harbor and just over a mile to US 131. Signature Storage boasts beautifully maintained grounds, professionally landscaped by the award winning Drost Landscape. Each unit has a premium insulation package for maximum efficiency. Morton Building's patented construction, pared with tasteful grounds and an efficient design ensures you will not find a more quality storage facility in the area.

Size

We offer two different sized units. Alpha is 66'x31' and has 2,000 square feet.

Omega is 48'x37' and has 1,800 square feet. All buildings have 16'4" ceilings and a 14'x14' door.

Interior

Each unit has a 6" thick poured cement floors, 6" thick walls, and over 20" of insulation in ceiling, with acoustic ceilings.

Security

Signature Storage is a gated storage community with a secure access code for owners.

Exterior

The seamless metal roofing has avalanche/ snow pile protection and an extra barrier of insulation 4' around the entire parameter of the buildings

Utilities

All units have water, radiant natural gas heat, 100 amp service, and highspeed internet hookup.

Bathrooms

Signature storage offers three bathrooms for owners use located throughout the facility. Bathrooms can be added to any unit.
